Is my art insured?

As art lovers dedicated to protecting and preserving art, safeguarding your piece is our absolute number one priority.

We do everything we can to make shipping your pieces to us safe and secure. Our packaging is designed to protect your art against the standard shipping process, and our shipping partners use state-of-the-art tracking systems to allow you to track your art from your door to our studio and back again.

Because we know that sometimes the value of your piece is not tied to its monetary value, your art is covered both by formal insurance and our Art Care Guarantee. In the unlikely event that your art is lost or damaged, we will offer to replace your art, if available, or offer our Art Care Guarantee to cover your artwork up to $300.

For art valued at greater than $300, we will request proof of value in the form of a receipt, invoice or third-party appraisal

  • For items up to $1,000, we will replace the art, if possible, or we will refund you within 30 days of your claim via check
  • For items exceeding $1,000 and up to $5,000, we will reimburse or replace your artwork as soon as the claim has been processed by our insurance company.
