Here are the basics:
The first step is to purchase a consultation (which you can do here)! You'll get an invitation to do our Style Quiz right away, and your Project Manager will contact you within 48 business hours.
What we'll need from you in order to get started:
- Photos and measurements of your wall/the room you'd like the gallery wall to go in
- Any Digital photos or art you'd like included in the design
- Photos and measurements to any mail-in art you'd like included in the design
Once we have this info, your Project Manager will pair you with one of our expert designers. They will take all the above information into consideration and design you a true-to-scale gallery wall specialized to your space and style!
You'll get one design from your Gallery Wall designer, and then two complimentary edits of that design to really get it perfect. Usually, this is plenty, but if you'd like to continue editing each redesign after the initial two edits costs $20.
Once you and your designer have found something absolutely perfect for your space, we will get your frames into your cart for you so you can place your order. The $199 consultation cost includes a $39 rebate to use when buying your frames, and you can use a promo code on the frame purchase if you have one. You'll also get a digital (PDF) hanging guide with instructions on how to get your frames up on your wall so you can fully enjoy them!

How does the Gallery Wall Consultation process work?
Upon purchasing your Gallery Wall Consultation, you’ll be e-mailed a Questionnaire that will help your designer understand your specific taste and the wall space we’ll be creating the design for.
Your Project Manager will follow-up with an email that will give you access to online folders to upload photos of your wall space, as well as the photos/artwork you’d like to include in your design.
Once your Project Manager has received all of your photos, and answers to any follow-up questions, you’ll be assigned to a Gallery Wall designer who will work one-on-one with you to create a personal and fully customized design. They’ll design a Gallery Wall that fits perfectly within your space based and style.
Your consultation includes one initial Gallery Wall design proposal, along with two complimentary edits to the design (additional edits are just $20 each).
Once you’ve settled on a Gallery Wall design you absolutely love, we’ll get your order into your cart for an easy checkout process, along with your $39 rebate. They’ll also send you a PDF (digital) hanging guide including some tips & tricks to assist in hanging up your frames.
Can I start the Gallery Wall design without my photos?
Our Gallery Wall Consultation doesn’t expire, so while you’re welcome to purchase the Consultation and and start the general consultation process, we cannot begin designing your Gallery Wall without access to your digital files or dimensions and photos of your physical pieces. This is because the sizing (whether physical or digital art) and orientation (horizontal versus vertical) of each of your pieces will completely change the way we're able to fit your pieces together within your wall space.
Aside from this, your consultation comes with two complementary edits of the original design proposal, and creating a proposal without using your actual pieces means you’re likely going to need to purchase ($20) additional edits to get the wall correctly sized. Creating the initial Gallery Wall proposal with the photos you intend to order is faster in the long run. That said, if you’d like a number of images to aim for (while narrowing down what you’d like to use) you can always ask for your Project Manager to give you an estimate based on the size of your space and the budget you’ve listed. With that info, we can absolutely provide an estimate of the number of pieces we’ll be using in your Gallery Wall Design.
Can I use pre-framed pieces in my Gallery Wall design?
Of course! While we’d love the opportunity to frame more for you, we’re happy to include already-framed or hanging objects (such as clocks, wall sculpture, etc.) that don’t need to be framed in your custom Gallery Wall Design. We just need photos and measurements of these frames or items in order to include them in your to-scale design.
Can I use my Gallery Wall Design for multiple walls/rooms?
Due to the time and consideration each custom Gallery Wall takes, our Gallery Wall Consultation is priced per wall space. We can make sure to pair you up with the same designer for multiple consultations so your Gallery Wall designs are cohesive, but we do ask that you purchase one Gallery Wall Consultation per wall space.
What’s the Turnaround Time? -
Getting your questionnaire filled out, your photos uploaded, and receiving all of the measurements and information we need can take between 2-7 business days depending on how responsive you’re able to be with the Project Manager.
It will then take your designer 1-3 business days to complete your first design, with edits generally taking between 1-2 business days. Once you've settled on a gallery wall proposal that you love, we'll get your order into your cart within 1-2 business days for you to checkout (purchase the frames themselves).
At that point, while we're not able to guarantee shipment dates, it does usually take digital photos between 4-10 business days from order to delivery, and 10-18 business days for mail-in art.
If you have a strict deadline, please reach out to us at email@example.com and we can help determine if a Gallery Wall Consultation is right for you!
Can I swap out the photos in my Gallery Wall?
In order to better protect the photos and artwork that have been entrusted to us from dust and moisture over time, all of our frames are sealed at the back with a custom kraft paper. The art itself is securely positioned within the frame as well. This means that art in your Framebridge frames cannot be swapped out over time.
If you'd like, your designer is happy to create a Gallery Wall that is easy to add new frames to over time as you make more special memories to frame! Many of our customers find that adding on to their wall or swapping out frames over time is a good way to keep the wall fresh and exciting. Alternatively, if you’d like to include some store-bought frames that are easy to open and swap out, we can include those in your Gallery Wall design as well.
What kind of hanging guide does my custom Gallery Wall consultation come with?
Our custom Gallery Wall Consultation service is special because your designer takes into consideration your unique space which is shown in our digital (PDF) hanging guide. The hanging guide comes with a to-scale visual of your frames hung up within your wall space, measurement reference points for hanging help, along with tips for how to go about the process of hanging your Gallery Wall.
Are you able to provide a physical, life-size hanging guide?
You may have seen that our Gallery Wall Upload Sets come with pre-made paper hanging guides that can be put against the wall of your choice for a simple hanging process. These were created as an option for our customers to receive a simpler, standardized design where you drag and drop your digital images into the preselected frames in each premade layout. Since these Gallery Wall Upload Sets are not customizable to your wall dimensions, those paper hanging guides are preprinted to be included with each Set.
Our Gallery Wall Consultation service is more customized because your designer takes into consideration your specific taste, as well as your exact space and all of the pieces you are working with. While we certainly understand the ease of having that paper hanging guide in hand, we're not able to print out a lifesize paper guide based on the exact specifications for each of our customer's walls.
Many of our customers have found cutting down kraft paper, wrapping paper, or newspapers can help when you’re ready to begin installing the frames. You can cut the paper to the frame size and also mark where the hardware should be on the paper if you’d like the paper guide points when hanging your custom Gallery Wall.
